Current Group Offerings

Many neurodivergent adults have spent years performing competence while feeling disconnected from themselves.

These groups are designed to create space for reflection, language, community, and sustainable ways of moving through work, relationships, and identity without constant self-abandonment.

Many of the people who end up here have spent years trying to understand why things that looked successful from the outside felt so exhausting internally. These groups were built to create the kinds of conversations many of us never had access to earlier in life.
