Neurodivergent Leadership Cohort
Unmasking, Navigating Power, and Leading as Your Full Self
About the Neurodivergent Leadership Cohort -
Next Cohort Starting week of September 7, 2026!
Many neurodivergent leaders have learned to succeed by masking, adapting, and performing. This often works really well! Until it doesn’t.
This cohort is designed to help you understand those patterns and make intentional choices about your leadership moving forward.
Over ten weeks, you will examine how your leadership has been shaped by expectations, systems, and survival strategies, and begin to define approaches that are more sustainable and aligned with your authentic self.
After this cohort, you will be able to:
identify when masking is strategic vs. draining
make clearer decisions about boundaries, energy, and expectations
communicate in ways that preserve both clarity and integrity
navigate authority, credibility, and bias more intentionally
understand how systems shape your leadership and how to respond to them
define a version of leadership that is sustainable and workable for you.
What we will work on:
Unmasking in Leadership Contexts
Examine when masking is useful, when it becomes costly, and how to make intentional decisions about how and when you adapt.
Power, Systems, and Positionality
Understand how neurotypical norms shape expectations of leadership, and how to navigate authority, credibility, and bias within those systems.
Redefining Effective Leadership
Interrogate dominant definitions of leadership and develop approaches that better align with your strengths and ways of functioning.
Communication and Translation
Develop ways of communicating that allow you to be understood without over-translating or over-performing.
Sustainable Leadership
