Neurodivergent Leadership Cohort
Unmasking, Navigating Power, and Leading as Your Full Self
Apply for the Neurodivergent Leadership Cohort
About the Neurodivergent Leadership Cohort -
Next Cohort Starting week of September 7, 2026!
Topics we will work through:
Unmasking in leadership contexts: When is masking strategic vs. harmful? What are the costs associated with masking, and how do we create boundaries around energy and performance?
Power, systems, and positionality: How do neurodivergent leaders move within systems prioritizing neurotypicality (and white, cis, male leaders)? How do we navigate authority, credibility, and bias? How can we hold both marginalization and power?
Redefining “effective” leadership: How do we move away from the white, cis, able-bodied, neurotypical norms of leadership and move towards leadership that allows us to actualize our whole selves in the workplace and more effectively leverage our strengths?
Communication and translation: How can we say things in a way others can hear without losing integrity? When can we decide not to translate?
Sustainable leadership: Diving into burnout, energy management, and designing roles and environments that actually work.
Each participant will have the opportunity to engage in 1–2 individual sessions during the cohort. These sessions provide space to reflect more deeply, explore personal context, and integrate insights from the group in ways that are specific to your leadership.
